Return

When an article does not meet your satisfaction, it can be exchanged or returned.

This is only possible within 7 days of delivery of your order. No return will be accepted after this period has elapsed.

Postage charges for the return shipment are to be paid by the client.

The client may return a damaged or incorrect article, or a faulty product- UNUSED- to NOÏ Hamburg within 7 days. In this case, NOÏ Hamburg will pay for the return costs, and will replace the ordered article and deliver it free of charge.

In case the product is not available anymore, the amount of the returned product will be refunded.

Please inform us about a faulty product prior to returning it. Photos of the damage help us to identify the problem and a return can be avoided in some cases.
