Payment methods

PAYMENT METHOD

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the optimal payment method for you. References in the respective items offered prices represent net prices (excl. VAT).

For cross-border deliveries in individual cases further taxes may be charged. For example, such as custom duties and import Sales Tax in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway. You do not pay to us, but to the competent Customs and Tax authorities in your own country.

Shipping Costs are not included in the single net prices. These can be viewed on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Germany

Direct Debit

We debit the Invoice value of goods supplied after 10 days of the Invoice date from your registered bank account. If we do not have your full bank account details, you will be sent a SEPA Core Direct Debit mandate that must be filled in completely and signed and sent back to us prior to delivery.

Prepayment

We will send a Proforma-Invoice which includes shipping costs. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the merchandise.

PayPal

Safe and fast with your PayPal account.

We will send you a Proforma-Invoice which includes shipping costs. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the merchandise.

Paybymail/ Credit Card

We will send you the Invoice with shipping costs when your order is packed and ready to be shipped. Additionally we will email you a link to pay over the Online- Payment- system Paybymail. You will be able to pay easily and fast by credit card or choose other payment methods within this system.

PayPal

Safe and fast with your PayPal account.

As Retailer, you do not pay online in our webshop- you simply choose the method of payment.

Please do not pay upon receipt of your order confirmation.

We need to check your order for availability of products and add freight charges. 

Always wait with payments until we contact you with an invoice or Proforma invoice.
