Order process

Retailer login- placing an order online

In order to purchase the products offered on this website, you must be a registered user with a business account.

You can easily create an account by clicking on the b2b button at the starting page. Please follow the instructions and fill out the form. We will activate your account after verification and you can login to our retailer´s section of the website.

You must follow these steps to place an order:

Choose your products and add them to your shopping cart. You can only buy in units. For example, if the unit is 5, you can only buy 5 pcs, or 10, 15, 20 etc...  The Price is always for 1 piece, not for 1 unit.

You can add products which are in stock and you can preorder goods in the same basket. You will get an order confirmation at the end of an order, but you pay only when we ship.

The minimum order amount per order is 200 Euro.

Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

When your order is complete, select your method of payment.

Please click on the check box next to "I have read and agree to the Terms And Conditions".

You will get a confirmation email which shows you that we received your order.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE ORDER CONFIRMATION BUT WAIT FOR THE PROFORMA INVOICE.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If some of the item(s) you ordered are not available or show longer delivery times like 30 or 60 days, we will make part deliveries.

Please note that we charge freight for each delivery.

Or inform in case you prefer to wait and get all goods together.

References in the respective items offered prices represent net prices (excl. VAT).

For cross-border deliveries in individual cases further taxes may be charged. For example, such as custom duties and import Sales Tax in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Great Britain or Norway. You do not pay to us, but to the competent Customs and Tax authorities in your own country.

Shipping Costs are not included in the single net prices. These can be viewed on the Shipping & Delivery page. We add the shippings costs to your Proforma Invoice/ final invoice.
